These Terms of Service govern the use of our website and the purchase of products offered by PERFUMER SIA.

By placing an order, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

2. Products

We make every effort to ensure that product descriptions, images and prices are accurate.

However, minor differences in packaging, product appearance or colour may occur due to manufacturer updates or individual screen settings.

3. Prices and payments

All prices are displayed in Euro (EUR) and include applicable VAT where required.

Payment must be completed before an order is processed and shipped.

4. Orders

PERFUMER reserves the right to refuse or cancel any order in cases of:

• incorrect pricing caused by technical errors;
• suspected fraud;
• unavailable products;
• incorrect customer information.

If payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued.

5. Shipping

Shipping times and costs are described in our Shipping Policy.

Estimated delivery times are not guaranteed and may vary depending on the courier or circumstances beyond our control.

6. Returns and refunds

Returns and refunds are handled in accordance with our Return & Refund Policy.

Opened or used perfume products cannot be returned unless they are defective or supplied incorrectly.

All content on this website, including text, photographs, graphics, logos and product descriptions, is the property of PERFUMER or its licensors and may not be copied or used without prior written permission.

8. Limitation of liability

PERFUMER shall not be liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages resulting from the use of this website or purchased products, except where liability cannot be excluded under applicable law.

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Republic of Latvia and applicable European Union legislation.
