Order processing

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days after payment has been confirmed.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.

Shipping destinations

Currently, PERFUMER ships to Latvia and countries within the European Union only.

At this time, we do not offer shipping to countries outside the European Union.

Shipping methods

Orders are shipped using trusted delivery partners, including DPD and Omniva, depending on the destination.

• 5–8 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on the destination, courier, or circumstances beyond our control.

Shipping costs

Shipping costs are calculated during checkout before payment.

Latvia

• Standard delivery: €3.00
• Free shipping for orders over €50.00

European Union

• Shipping costs are calculated based on the destination country and the total shipment weight.
• Shipping rates are displayed during checkout before payment.

Order tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email. Tracking information will be provided whenever available.

Delivery delays

Although we do our best to deliver every order on time, delays caused by courier services, severe weather conditions or other unforeseen circumstances may occasionally occur.

Lost parcels

If your parcel is confirmed as lost during transportation, please contact us.

After investigation, we will either:

• send a replacement order; or
• issue a full refund.

Incorrect shipping information

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before completing your order.

PERFUMER is not responsible for delays or additional shipping costs resulting from incorrect address information provided by the customer.
